By accessing or using Clipd at clipd.live (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Clipd provides tools to discover, format, and analyze Twitch- and Kick-related content subject to these terms and our Acceptable Use standards. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Twitch's terms, and third-party platform rules when publishing content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Clipd and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate, improve, and support the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout on clipd.live. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select. Taxes may apply based on your location.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability and dispute terms) will survive termination.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business outcomes from use of Clipd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising from these terms or the Service, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
We may modify these Terms of Service by posting an updated version on clipd.live with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
