My clip won't load in the Formatter. What do I do?

Make sure you're using a direct Twitch clip URL or a Twitch/Kick VOD URL. VOD URLs require a start and end time. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page.

Why is my export taking a long time?

Accepted Answer

Export time depends on clip length and settings. Clips with captions enabled take longer to process. The maximum export length is 5 minutes.

Why does my display name or avatar not update immediately?

Accepted Answer

Profile changes sync in real time but may take a few seconds to reflect across the dashboard. Try refreshing the page if it doesn't update within 10 seconds.
